Description

  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivable data.
  • Prepare, send, and store invoices, contacting clients and dealing with inquiries.
  • Perform account reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
  • Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team in daily tasks and duties.

Profile

A successful Reconciliations Clerk should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Outstanding mathematical skills and an analytical mind.
