- £37,200 OTE per annum (£26,000 basic + £11,200 uncapped commission)

- Create sales opportunities by scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team by identifying and engaging with prospects via cold telephone, LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Identify new leads and qualify incoming and inbound leads from marketing.
- Engage with prospects over the telephone, understanding their needs and presenting our client’s products to support their growth plans.
- Work collaboratively with the wider business, including the Account Executives, to ensure appointments progress effectively through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions on CRM tools (Salesforce & Outreach)
- Working towards daily and monthly key activity metrics and targets.
- Engaging in professional development by learning from the Sales Leadership team to gain selling and influencing skills to contribute towards your ongoing success.
- Experience in a telephone or customer-facing position (e.g. office, retail, hospitality)
- Previous sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for technology/software is highly desired.
- Confidence, resilience, and self-motivation, with an ability to work independently.
- Highly ambitious with a desire to develop your career with a fast-growing industry.
- Strong research skills, allowing you to identify new prospects.
- Willingness to be trained and guided by experienced sales professionals to achieve success.
