Eddie Robertson at Search Construction is seeking experienced Demolition Labourers for a major commercial project in Edinburgh in 2025.
Candidates must possess a valid CSCS card and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
The role requires reliability, hard work, and the ability to provide two working references.
Experience with grinders, breakers, skill saws, and hammers is necessary, along with general site maintenance duties.
The pay rate is £15 per hour Umbrella or £12.81 PAYE, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7.30 AM to 5 PM.

Eddie Robertson at Search Construction is currently working with a number of high profile clients who are working on a wide range of exciting new projects in 2025 throughout Edinburgh, Lothians and Borders areas.Eddie has requirements for experienced Demolition Labourers. The labourer's are required for a major commercial project based in Edinburgh and is ongoing.* Must have a valid CSCS card* Must be able to work under own initiative and as part of a team* Must be reliable and hard workers and be wanting to work the hours required* Provide 2 working referencesDuties will include the following:* Experience of using Grinders, Breakers, Skill saws and hammers* General tidy up of site* Other associated tasksPay Rate: £15 per hour Umbrella or £12.81 PAYE includes holiday pay.Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30 - 17.00.
