Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a passion for digital service transformation?ASA are currently looking to recruit a Senior Business analyst to work alongside a large-scale client in the public sector on an initial 6-month contract (outside IR35).

About the Role: This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead the discovery phase and create proof of concepts for new registers ahead of groundbreaking legislation. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering innovative digital services that meet customer needs and drive business change.

Key Responsibilities:· Lead discovery phases and provide proof of concepts for the new registers.· Maintain an audit trail of decisions and assumptions.· Identify and track project benefits, ensuring alignment with stated outcomes.· Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and external partners.· Support the Domain Principal Analyst and Product/Agile teams to ensure solutions align with both customer and organisational goals.· Actively participate in company Business Analysis practice and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing.· Mentor and support the development of junior team members.

What We're Looking For:· Strong knowledge of Scottish land registration processes and the ability to engage with domain experts.· Experience leading collaborative workshops and working with cross-functional teams.· Expertise in Agile methodologies for the design and delivery of digital services.· Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, visual stories.· Excellent teamwork skills, working effectively with stakeholders to support the organisation's strategic goals.
