Job Title: Business Analyst (Retail Banking)Location: Edinburgh or London Contract Type: ContractAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in customer migrations within the retail banking sector. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering end-to-end customer migration strategies as part of a large-scale transformation programme.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, identify impacts, and ensure seamless migration journeys for millions of retail customers. If you thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoy driving change that enhances the customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Lead business analysis activities across customer migration workstreams.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Conduct gap analysis between legacy and target systems/processes.Define and map end-to-end customer journeys to ensure minimal disruption during migration.Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and data challenges related to customer migration.Support testing, training, and implementation activities from a business perspective.Provide insight and recommendations to improve migration strategy and execution.

Key Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Business Analyst within retail banking, ideally with multiple customer migration projects.Strong understanding of banking products, core systems, and customer lifecycle processes.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Ability to interpret complex data and translate business needs into clear, acti
