Overview:
FM Search & Select Ltd are seeking an experienced and motivated AreaManager(Soft Services) to oversee cleaning operations across multiple client sites inEdinburgh. This is amobile rolerequiring regular travel to ensure service delivery meets client expectations and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cleaning operations across multiple client sites, ensuring ahigh standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Supervise and support cleaning teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, andquality checksto maintain service levels.
- Develop and implementcleaning schedulestailored to client needs.
- Ensure compliance withhealth & safety regulations, COSHH, and risk assessments.
- Liaise with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement of cleaning supplies.
- Implementbest practicesand drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience incleaning/facilities managementat a supervisory or management level.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage dispersed teams.
- Excellent knowledge ofhealth & safety and compliance standardsin cleaning operations.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
- Strong organisational & communication skills.
- Strong IT skills
