A leading, fast growing Build-to-Rent operator is recruiting for a Facilities Manager to be based in Edinburgh. Overview:

  • Job Title: BTR Facilities Manager
  • Location: Edinburgh
  • Salary: Up to £45,000

The Facilities Manager will be based on a high end Build to Rent development in Edinburgh. The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the building meets standards of safety, appearance and overall functionality. Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager include:

  • Manage a team of Maintenance professionals.
  • Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work.
  • Carry out building inspections.
  • Supervise maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure health & safety and compliance requirements are met.

The person:

  • Prior experience as a Facilities Manager within residential property.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building maintenance and H&S compliance.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH.
