Our new stunning site will be located on North Bridge in the city centre of Edinburgh.

We are looking to hire our opening team of experienced chefs, at all levels, to join us in opening our new site, Landys.

Someone that enjoys a fast-paced busy environment, is passionate about food and has a desire to learn and grow within the business.

The role itself:

  1. Maximises guest satisfaction by providing the highest & consistent food quality.
  2. Support with Cost Control Margins.
  3. Support with Control Profitability Margins.
  4. Spec Control & Recipes & Wastage.
  5. Adhere to all aspects of Food Safety & Health & Safety Standards.
  6. Control allergens and all other food compliance.
