Corporate Hospitality Chef
The Edinburgh Catering Company is looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Hospitality Chef to work in our prep kitchen. Our large, modern kitchen is located at South Gyle. We deliver food from here, and work at venues across Edinburgh, Glasgow, East Lothian, Borders and Fife.
Working for a premium quality catering company, based in Edinburgh, we provide services for prestigious corporate clients. As such we are now excited to offer a new position for the right candidate to lead and develop the corporate hospitality section.
Alongside an experienced team, you will manage all aspects of production sandwiches, finger foods, salads and cold buffets - and continue to develop the department to a high standard.
Duties include
- In unit production
- Managing daily and weekly work requirements
- Responsible for Allergen and Dietary requirements
- Supervise staff
- Work alongside senior kitchen team on

- Development of our corporate offer

Pay and Benefits
- We are offering up to £35k per annum
- Based on a 45 hour week working 5 days out of 7
