Responsibilities in your new role as the Sous Chef
In the role of Sous Chef, your primary duties will involve stepping in for the Head Chef when needed, providing mentorship and direction to junior team members, and overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure the delivery of meals aligns with company standards and specifications.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar fast-paced, high-volume Sous Chef role. We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering a fantastic quality of product, can lead from the front, and is willing to learn from our Head Chef.
