Responsibilities in your new role as the Head Chef
In this role, you will lead and manage the kitchen team to consistently deliver outstanding dishes while mentoring junior chefs and fostering a positive, collaborative environment. You will oversee stock control and inventory management, ensuring compliance with COSHH, HACCP, and EHO guidelines for food safety and hygiene. Additionally, you will work closely with management to exceed company standards and surpass guest expectations.

The ideal candidate should have demonstrated expertise as a Head Chef in a fast-paced fresh food setting, adept at managing high-volume service. They should possess a deep passion for delivering consistently exceptional and high-quality cuisine. Strong leadership capabilities are essential, including the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
