We are looking for a Head Chef to join a fantastic gastro pub in the beautiful city of Edinburgh. This award-winning gastro pub has a 1 AA Rosette menu and a loyal following in the area. The Head Chef will have full autonomy over the menu, featuring 100% Scottish meat and fish, with dishes that evolve seasonally based on the freshest local produce.
This is an incredible opportunity for a passionate Head Chef to take ownership of the role and showcase their skills in a beautiful location.

- Proven track record as a Head Chef in a fresh-food gastro pub or similar setting and 1 AA Rosette minimum.
