What You'll Be Doing:
- Building from the Ground Up - Develop and execute a winning sales and marketing strategy.
- New Business building - Identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth.
- Owning Our Digital Presence - Manage our website, social media, and all things digital marketing.
- Creating Content - Develop marketing materials, case studies, and content that showcase their expertise.
- Closing Deals - Handle inbound inquiries and turn leads into solid sales.
- Networking - Attend trade shows, industry events, and business meet-ups to boost the brand.
- Working Directly with the Owners - Align sales and marketing efforts with business goals for maximum impact.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience That Counts - Sales, marketing, or business development background. (Would be great if you know construction, joinery, or heritage restoration.)
- Creative Problem-Solver - A hands-on doer who thinks outside the box and takes initiative.
- Digital Marketing Experience - Website management, social media and content creation
- Strong Communicator - You're a natural at building professional relationships and closing deals.
- Independent & Driven - No micromanagement here. We need a self-starter who gets things done.
