Electrical Project Supervisor| Edinburgh | Full Time | £46,000 - £48,000 per year

Our client's company has been trading for over 21 years. They are Select Accredited Electrical Contractors based in the Central Belt of Scotland, delivering Turnkey Project Solutions across the UK in Industrial, Commercial, and domestic environments.

They are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Supervisor to oversee and help manage an electrical project in Edinburgh city centre.

Please note- the successful candidate will be required to work Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • 5 years' experience as a supervisor
  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members, other trades and clients
  • A comprehensive understanding of electrical systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations relevant to project execution

What will your role look like?

  • Lead a team, ensuring adherence to project timelines
  • Coordinate with company management, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication throughout the project timeline
  • Report project progress and performance to company management, implementing adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track
  • Attend daily site progress and planning meetings
  • Ensure works are being carried out to a high standard in accordance with the current bs7671 18th edition regulations
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project duration
