We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical installation and commissioning on a large-scale commercial construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of electricians, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all electrical work on-site for a commercial construction project.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electricians, ensuring tasks are performed according to project specifications and timelines.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.
Monitor the quality of work and conduct inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and project requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.
Maintain and enforce proper documentation, including work schedules, inspections, and material requisitions.
Ensure that electrical systems are tested, installed, and commissioned according to design specifications.
Monitor and control project costs, tracking labor and material usage to stay within budget.
Provide on-the-job training and development opportunities for team members.

Supervisor Requirements:

Gold ECS
SSSTS / SMSTS
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Experience in managing and supervising electrical installation teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues quickly.
Valid electrical trade qualification and relevant certifications.
Previous experience working on large commercial or industrial projects is highly desirable.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
