Site AdministratorBased in Edinburgh | fully on-site role with Parking availableFull Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm (3:00pm Friday)Temp to Permanent rolePay rate up to £15.00 per hour depending on experienceSearch Consultancy are currently working a reputable nationwide Construction business to recruit a Site Administrator for one of their major Construction sites based in Edinburgh.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Administration & Reception support to the site on a full-time basis. This role will begin as a weekly paid Temp contract through Search, and the intention is for the role to become permanent within a few weeks.Duties involved in this role will include:* Dealing with incoming calls to site, directing calls where needed & dealing with incoming queries at first point* Diary and appointment management for the site, including making arrangements for the facilitation of on-site meetings* Acting as the Document Manager for the site - ensuring all required documentation is completed, filed & held securely* Ensuring adequate supplies for both the site & the office are maintained and replenished when necessary* Providing various other ad hoc administration support as required or directed by the Site ManagerIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Extensive & demonstrable experience in an Administration role carrying out duties in line with the above - this experience is ESSENTIAL and candidates who have prior experience of Construction site Administration would be very much preferred* Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage & prioritise a busy workload effectively* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal * Solid IT Skills including the use of Word, Excel & Outlook, as well as the ability to pick up new systems quicklyIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
