Financial Services (Lending/Credit Cards / Insurance / Banking) | Training Design and Delivery Lead | £425/day (inside IR35) | 6 month Contract | Edinburgh (Hybrid working 3 days in the office per week and 2 days from home).
Our client (a retail Financial Services organisation) has a requirement for an experienced Training Design and Delivery Lead - with a background in Leading the Training Design and Delivery across a number of topics in a Financial Services (Loans or Cards or Insurance or Banking environment) to join them on a 6 month Contract basis.
Your background will be across Leading Training Needs Analysis, Training Design, Training Delivery (classroom or virtual), preferably in Financial Services or Professional Services or a Regulated environment. You will have experience of a number of packages to design the training in - such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Articulate 360 and will have used these and added new material into the client's LMS.
As well as the above, they are looking for someone with excellent communication skills that can engage with stakeholders at all levels.
