Our client, is seeking a passionate and skilled Temporary Credit Controller to join their small financial team. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough credit checks and evaluate customer creditworthiness in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and monitor the company's credit control system, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding debts.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to resolve any credit issues, negotiate repayment plans, and provide necessary documentation when required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales teams and customer service representatives, to ensure effective credit management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and update relevant systems as necessary.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures, including producing reports and reconciling data.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Credit Controller.
  • Previous experience with Envision Accounting package advantageous
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
