Job Title: Customer Care Team Lead
Salary: £31,000 - £34,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, 8 am - 6 pm

Engaging with customers through many contact channels you will also liaise with network partners and suppliers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of highly motivated customer care professionals, focusing on developing and empowering them to deliver world-class customer service.
  • Support multiple regions and represent the Centre of Excellence.
  • Play an integral role in enhancing customer service offering across all communication channels.
  • Manage team's contribution towards operational and service delivery goals, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Actively manage, coach, and provide development plans for team members, resolving performance issues promptly.
  • Assist in handling escalations and identifying trends for improvement.
  • No weekend work is required.

Experience:

  • Strong leadership experience in managing a multi-skilled high-volume Customer Service Team.
  • Understanding of Operations/Contact Centre environment.
  • Efficient in prioritising workloads with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify trends and drive change, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
