The Opportunity

The Service Coordinator role involves coordinating the schedules of mobile Service Engineers and managing customer service concerns. Based in Edinburgh, you will be the first point of contact for clients, you will process orders, address inquiries, and ensure prompt and professional service.   • Monitor job progress, ensure timely completion and manage costs
  • Compile quotations, manage client rates and handle purchase orders and invoices
