- Handle customer inquiries related to pensions, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional responses.
- Guide customers through processes such as pension transfers, contributions, and withdrawals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide proactive and empathetic support to customers during potentially sensitive discussions.
- Previous experience in a telephony customer service role, ideally within pensions or financial services but this is not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with pensions regulations and processes (preferred but not essential).
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Day rate of £150.
