Role : Photocopier Service Desk Support
Location : Edinburgh
Package of up to 30,000 for an experienced engineer (37.5 hour week) , 30 days annual leave (incl statutory holidays), pension scheme .

Concept are actively seeking a skilled professional with a background in the print sector to join a busy team as a Service Desk Engineer. This site-based role involves providing 1st line technical assistance to customers so a solid background within print is essential .

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in the print / MFD / Photocopier sector.
  • Passion for technology and a knack for resolving technical challenges.
  • Provide first-line support.
  • Assist with IT support tasks, including troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve networking issues, collaborating with other IT team members as needed.
  • Document all customer interactions in the support system.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10 years + within print
  • Strong interest in software troubleshooting techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
