Role- Analysis Administrator

Location- Edinburgh

Salary- £27,000

Hours of work- Monday- Friday 9am- 5:30pm (fully office based)

Within this role you will work closely with a Senior Stakeholder in the business and be responsible for analysing trends and reporting back to the hiring manager.

Our client is looking for someone that is highly competent using Excel for reporting, creating graphs and producing reports.

Duties will include-

  • Creating and analysing weekly KPI results for the Company Director 
  • Producing weekly sales reports for the Production Manager 
  • Investigating stock variances and discrepancies 
  • Providing delivery Management for produce orders 
  • Generating insights from sales and trends to forecast future sales 
  • Analysing and presenting YOY results
  • Dealing with customer service complaints

To be considered for this role you must have-

  • Experience with Microsoft office, particularly Excel 
  • Understanding of data and how to produce reports and present results 
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data
  • Ability to self-start and work independently
