We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to promote a cutting-edge diabetes management system and its digital ecosystem across specialist and primary care settings. You will be responsible for increasing market share, driving patient acquisition, and building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, payers, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote an advanced diabetes technology portfolio to key NHS accounts, including ICS/ICB/Health Boards/Trusts, diabetes centres, and primary care.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth and market access.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate products into local patient pathways and guidelines.
  • Provide training and education to healthcare professionals and patients on product use and data insights.
  • Build strong advocacy with consultants, DSNs, clinical leads, general practitioners, and wider primary care teams.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support account development and product adoption.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to optimise sales effectiveness.
About You:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Skilled in remote and face-to-face engagement.
  • Excellent time management and strategic planning abilities.
  • Passionate about improving diabetes care and patient outcomes.
