We are eager to speak to hardworking and motivated individuals who are looking for a new opportunity to join a leading, legal firm in Edinburgh City Centre. Ideally, you will have excellent communication and time management skills and be able to manage a high volume of enquiries or requests daily. You will be joining an extremely busy team, providing excellent service to existing, new and prospective clients, developing business opportunities and building strong relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, based in Edinburgh!This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. This role will also follow a hybrid working model and have a salary of up to £30,000 p/a available, depending on experience.Are you who we are looking for?

  • You have previous experience in a conveyancing role i.e. real estate or purchase negotiation (desired, not essential)
  • You are a confident communicator across all levels, and can build strong business relationships
  • You have excellent customer service skills and can communicate effectively and professionally face to face or over the phone
  • You have knowledge of the Scottish property market
  • You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages, Law Pro and client management systems
  • You can manage you time and diary effectively to complete all tasks within set time frames
  • You are proactive, and able to manage your own caseload of clients daily
  • You take pride in producing high quality work, whilst meeting set targets and KPI's daily
  • You enjoy working individually and as part of a wider team environment

What is the day to day like?

  • Engaging with new and existing clients as well as referrals daily, always providing an excellent client experience
  • Ensuring all parties are kept up to date and advised at every stage of the process, to ensure a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish
  • Updating clients on market trends and information, in line with their local areas as well as providing pricing information
  • Ensuring all information is up to date and accurate on the in-house system
  • Assisting clients in discussing processes such as sale and purchase conveyancing, release of equity, remortgages and transfer of titles
  • Reporting to the New Business team when required
  • Working well individually and as a wider team to achieve set targets and metrics
  • Completing all administrative tasks when required
  • Managing time and diary effectively to complete all work within set time frames
