Home Care Nurse Manager - RGN
Nurse Seekers are excited to be working for a leading Home Care company who operate across Edinburgh and the Lothian region. Our client provides an outstanding level of care to their clients in their own homes. Their main goal is to enhance the lives of their clients whilst ensuring they hold onto their independence.
With this in mind they are now looking to recruit a fantastic Nurse Qualified Home Care Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the business whilst providing clinical nursing expertise. In carrying this out you will ensure that the existing and new packages will have the clinical support and input they require. Along with this you will be providing guidance, leadership and training towards the Care staff who will be providing the majority of day-today hands on care.
The successful candidate will have the following
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Nursing Degree (RGN)
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong people, communication and administration skills
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong leadership skills
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience of managing a service or team of staff
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A strong passion for care
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Registration with the SSSC (or willingness to register)
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience of working within the community desired
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience of providing training
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Own car and full driving licence
To be considered for this role you must be an RGN with a valid NMC Pin and preferably have an understanding of how a Home Care company operates
