Our client is committed to tackling fuel poverty and reducing carbon emissions whilst providing a first class customer service to those struggling to heat their homes. As they enter their 12th year their vision and ethos remains the same, and due to a period of growth you could become part of their dedicated Installations Team.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and productivity of our installation teams. You will ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Your role will involve monitoring performance metrics, providing training and support, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and quality.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and evaluate the performance of installation teams & SLA's.Develop and implement performance improvement plans.Build & Maintain relationships with installers and other key employees.Provide training and support to installation staff.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Analysis of performance data and generate reports.Collaborate with other departments to improve installation processes.Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during installations

Package:

- £35,000.00

- Monday to Friday
