I have a requirement for an Insurance client who're looking for a Deputy Company Secretary on an interim basis to help the group fulfil its business aims and to meet specified regulatory requirements. This role will require supporting the Company Secretary, General Counsel and the Boards/Committees in ensuring good governance, compliance as well as all other legal and regulatory regimes.

Skills / Experience

  • Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of the business up to and including the Executive and Non-Executive Directors.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead a team.
  • Knowledge of life and pensions industry.
  • Relevant Company Secretariat qualifications or working towards.
