This is a full-time role split supporting two specialist legal teams.We are seeking a professional with strong organisational and administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellent client service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a legal PA or secretarial role and be confident managing a busy and varied workload.The Role
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to two busy legal teams
  • Draft, format, and proof-read legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues by phone and email
  • Handle file and document management in line with legal procedures
  • Prepare legal paperwork including court documents and contracts
  • Process expenses and handle confidential client information with discretion
  • Support the billing process, including invoice preparation and financial record maintenance
  • Use legal software and case management systems to streamline administrative tasks
About You
  • Previous experience in a Legal PA or Legal Secretary role within a law firm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong document formatting skills, including automatic numbering and cross-referencing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Tech-savvy with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Professional, approachable, and team-oriented
