- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to two busy legal teams
- Draft, format, and proof-read legal documents and correspondence
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues by phone and email
- Handle file and document management in line with legal procedures
- Prepare legal paperwork including court documents and contracts
- Process expenses and handle confidential client information with discretion
- Support the billing process, including invoice preparation and financial record maintenance
- Use legal software and case management systems to streamline administrative tasks
- Previous experience in a Legal PA or Legal Secretary role within a law firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong document formatting skills, including automatic numbering and cross-referencing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
