This organisation is based in the south of Edinburgh with 2-3 days per week in office. You will be working in a team with a group of hard-working professionals as you advance your career and diversify your skill set. Your new roleIn this role you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking general administrative tasks
  • Monitoring databases and systems
  • Co-ordinate meetings and taking minutes
  • Diary management
  • Providing support to the wider executive team
  • Performing secretarial duties
