- Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
- File & Case Management: Organize and maintain client files and case documents, ensuring compliance with legal and firm standards.
- Billing & Financial Admin: Assist with billing, invoicing, and other administrative duties as required.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes where necessary.
