Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage audit assignments from planning to completion
- Lead and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance and training
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Ensure compliance with UK auditing and accounting standards
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with senior management to support business development
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
- Proven experience managing audit teams and client portfolios
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload
