Credit Control Team Leader

It’s now a multi-divisional business that has significantly increased its presence and market offering right across the United Kingdom.The RoleThis role is a key position with the finance function which is pivotal to protecting cashflow to allow for operational effectiveness and further growth & expansion. The role of Credit Control Team Leader key components include:

• Liaising with C-Suite, Leadership and Departmental Heads
• Supervising the team with input into hiring, training, development & performance management
• Oversight of a portfolio of accounts
• Creating relationships with external teams, allowing an effective collection of debt
• Dealing with aged debt recovery & escalation
• Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems

• 3 years+ practical credit control experience
• supervisory or team leader exposure
