Job
The role of Finance Manager will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Lead on financial management including reports, forecasting and annual planning
- Manage financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end submissions
- Coordinate the annual financial planning exercise and support strategic alignment
- Monitor major projects ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
- Educate and train colleagues in financial policies and foster skill development
- Support governance by advising on financial responsibilities and risk management
You
As a Finance Manager you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- PQ or QBE Accountant
- Proficient in managing control accounts, financial reconciliations and reporting
- Expertise in budget management, forecasting and variance analysis
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and finance packages
- Adept at report writing to support organisational strategy and delivery
- Ability to analyse and interpret financial information for decision-making support
- Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilities
