iMultiply is working in partnership with a well-known global business to recruit the newly created position of International Tax Manager.

The Role

The position of International Tax Manager is a newly created position which highlights the growth and success the business has enjoyed in recent years. The role can be on a part or full time basis and would be well suited to candidates from a Practice or In-house background.

Duties

  • Supporting compliance with Pillar II regulations.
  • Handling country-specific corporate tax compliance and assisting regional offices with entity tax filings.
  • Managing compliance with the group's transfer pricing policies.
  • Providing on-demand tax guidance to regional finance teams for structuring and commercially driven projects.
  • Overseeing UK corporate tax compliance, including statutory reporting and tax provision processes.
  • Offering advice on local tax risks related to withholding taxes.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with tax authorities both in the UK and internationally.

The Person

  • Fully qualified in tax or accountancy (ACA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent) with at least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • In-house experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with VAT is beneficial.
  • Experience in tax accounting or tax audits.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse existing and new tax legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence perspectives on tax planning and compliance.

The role of International Tax Manager can be fulfilled on a part-time or full-time basis. Hybrid working is on offer and the business offices are based in the city centre, situated within close proximity to public transport links.
