Personal Tax Manager £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits Edinburgh + Hybrid working We are currently working with a leading national accountancy firm in Edinburgh who are looking to bring in a Personal Tax Manager to join their well established and successful private client team. You'll be working on a interesting and challenging portfolio of clients including HNIWIs and business owners providing a range of compliance and advisory services. Your new role: As a Personal Tax Manager, you will be the go-to expert for all things personal tax. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, providing tailored tax advice and planning strategies.
- Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns.
- Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest tax legislation and ensuring compliance.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members.
What you'll need to be successful:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in personal tax, ideally within a practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly.
- Excellent client management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A team player with a commitment to continuous professional development.
