This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families, providing expert tax advice and managing a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing the private client tax team, overseeing compliance and advisory projects
  • Providing high-level tax planning advice
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Managing complex tax issues, liaising with HMRC where necessary
  • Supporting business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and providing mentorship and training
Skills & Experience:
  • CTA/ACA/ATT qualified (or equivalent)
  • At least six years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and advisory experience
  • Excellent leadership and client management skills
  • Ability to identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic advice
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
