Join a leading restructuring and advisory firm that is expanding its team. We are seeking a qualified Insolvency Senior Administrator to manage a diverse portfolio of insolvency assignments and contribute to our dynamic team's success.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage various insolvency assignments including Creditors Voluntary Liquidations, Members Voluntary Liquidations, and Administrations, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines and quality standards.
- Oversee the case allocation, ensuring all corporate and personal insolvency allocations are monitored and reviewed.
- Prepare accurate books and records inventories and ensure tailored stakeholder communication and reporting.
- Conduct investigations into director/debtor conduct and handle creditor claims.
- Review statutory documents for compliance with insolvency regulations and standards.
- Support Managers and Directors on specific projects and develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key intermediaries.
- Supervise and train junior team members, and attend marketing events as appropriate.
- Honours degree (Bachelor's preferred).
- 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in a professional insolvency setting.
- Strong understanding of all forms of formal insolvency procedures and legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, financial analysis abilities, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to manage own workload and meet critical deadlines in a pressured environment.
- High professional standards of conduct and commercial awareness.
- ACA, ACCA, or similar professional qualification is preferred.
- Willingness to study for JIEB is advantageous.
