About the role:

As a Pensions Administration Technical Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance on insured administration implementation and on-going pensions administration, attend internal meetings with Administration Manager to establish areas of concerns e.g. complaints, scheme changes, ad-hoc projects, scheme implementations.

In addition to this, the candidate will assist with system configuration and automated calculation updates, assisting with process improvements and producing documentations and guides for insured administration processes.

Experience required:

  • Current experience of schemes transitioning through buy-in's, buy-out's through to bulk annuity DB administration.
  • Have previous DB Pensions administration experience across wider member benefits and scheme events administration.
  • Strong and thorough knowledge of pensions legislation framework and demonstrate ability to remain informed of changes and implement.
  • Previous / current supervisory or leadership experience.
