Freelance Finishing foreman

James Gray are currently recruiting a Finishing foreman on a freelance basis for a Tier 1 main contractor.

Based in the Edinburgh area, this role is expected to last to the end of the year with the potential for longer term work / going permanent.

Mon-Fri, 7:30am – 5pm.

Hourly rate is dependent on experience.  

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the work of subcontractors – oversee snagging, final fix joinery and ensuring rooms are closed out as per specifications.

Ideal experience:

• Proven Forman experience ideally from a joinery background.
• Experience working on High rise residential projects would be advantageous
