Legal PACentral Edinburgh-based | office based role with hybrid working availableFull Time role | Monday to FridayPermanent roleSalary up to £34,000 per annum + excellent benefitsSearch Consultancy are currently working with a well-known Legal firm in Central Edinburgh to recruit for a Legal PA due to expansion of their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive high-quality PA support to fee earners across the business.Duties involved in this role will include:* Working closely with the Finance teams across the business to support financial performance including billing, reports & balance management* Assisting in Business Development with the organisation & attendance of meetings, events & conferences, CRM administration and assisting with bids, tenders & client reports* Preparation of documentation including engagement letters, specifications & rate management* Carrying out due diligence & conflict checks, adhering to firm-wide best practice* File management including matters for closure, billing, clearing client balances & archiving of files* Comprehensive diary management including travel & meeting arrangements, forward planning and identifying/resolving clashes* Meeting management including preparation of meeting packs, itineraries, bookings & hospitality/refreshments* Working with the Document Production team on pitch & tender documents, transcripts and amendments to legal documentation* Various other ad hoc PA & secretarial duties as & when requiredIn order to be considered for this role, your skills & experience should include:* Extensive previous experience within a PA or EA role carrying out duties in line with the above, preferably from within a Legal or other Professional environment - this experience is ESSENTIAL* Strong organisational and time management skills - with the ability to multi-task & prioritise a sometimes very busy workload* Solid IT skills including the use of MS Office* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbalIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
