About the Role:

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Lead.

Paying circa £520 per day, inside IR35. The role will be for around 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a team of Oracle HCM technical leads.
Provide technical and functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Collaborate with the Technical Delivery Manager and team specialists.
Lead design, configuration, and testing for enhancements.
Resolve technical issues and work with Oracle and third parties.
Document requirements and update knowledge management articles.
Support the Oracle quarterly change and release management process.
Represent the Oracle Fusion technical team on various boards.

Required Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Solutions, Core HR, Benefits, and Self Service HR.
Experience in configuring Core HR, Benefits, and SSHR modules.
Familiarity with HCM Design Studio, Alerts Composer, and troubleshooting tools.
Ability to prepare functional specifications for integration and reports.
