HR Manager
- Annual Salary: £44,672 - £49,636 (depending on experience)
- Location: Central Edinburgh, Haymarket
- Job Type: Part-time to Full-time (32 to 35 hours per week)
- Start Date: ASAP for an initial 3-month period

Reed HR are working with a well-established organisation based in Edinburgh seeking an HR Manager to provide senior-level support across various HR functions. This role includes managing recruitment and selection, updating HR policies, conducting equality impact assessments, reviewing appraisal schemes, and improving induction processes.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide senior management support in various HR functions.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes to ensure the best talent acquisition.
- Manage and update HR policies and conduct equality impact assessments.
- Review and enhance the appraisal scheme and induction processes.
- Implement the HR Oracle System and ensure its effective operation.
- Collaborate with different departments to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective HR policies and training modules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
