Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst or Product Owner to join our team at Computershare Technology Services, Inc. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work remotely while also engaging with clients and internal teams in person when required. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for process optimization, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

You will work closely with both the business and technical teams, collaborating to gather, define, and document business and functional requirements. Your focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet the organization's objectives, improving business processes, and driving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with customers Business and Technical teams to develop business and functional requirementsProduct Backlog grooming and creation of prioritized product backlog based on the business prioritiesCreation of Non functional requirements along with the customers business and technical teamsEvaluating business processes anticipating requirements uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutionsLeading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategiesConducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findingsPerforming requirements gap analysisCreation of user stories and getting it signed off by business teamEffectively communicating your insights and plans to cross functional team members and managementProvide the requisite clarifications raised by the scrum teamPerforming user acceptance testingGathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reportsWorking closely with clients technicians and managerial staffEnsuring solutions meet business needs and requirementsPrioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
