Are you a Pension professional with experience in leading pensions data projects, have a good understanding of the legislative and governance requirements for Pensions scheme data and how data quality can improve outcomes for both members and trustees/scheme managers? Then this could well be the role for you!

The main objectives of the role are to:

  • Work with Client Relationship Managers to advise clients on an appropriate Data Strategy to align to their strategic objectives for their scheme in the short, medium and long-term
  • Develop, create and maintain the clients Data Management plans and data improvement plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the Data Solutions Delivery teams to ensure that plans and projects are successfully delivered in a client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on the importance of data quality in terms of meeting their regulatory requirements and how data quality can improve member outcomes, reduce risk and lead to administrative efficiency.
  • Work with the head of Pensions Data Strategy to develop client centric market leading data quality reporting, Data Management and Data Improvements plans.
  • Lead, create, implement, and maintain client specific Data Management plans.
  • Act as the Client Facing representative and lead on Data Solutions projects.
  • Attending meetings with Pensions Managers, Trustee Boards, and other key client contacts to support the CRM's.
  • Own and develop client specific Data Management Plans in accordance with the Clients Data Strategy.

Ideal Experience

  • In-Depth knowledge of UK Pension Schemes: Private Sector DB arrangements, including pension scheme data requirements
  • Experience of delivering data pensions projects such as cleansing pension scheme data GMP
  • Experience of delivering de-risking projects or public sector pensions experience
  • Strong Client relationship skills and is able to build increased knowledge of the clients under their remit and actively seeks to gain knowledge of other clients
