Main Duties:

  • Provide 2nd/3rd line IT support to internal teams, both onsite and remotely.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across the organisation.
  • Work on IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
  • Maintain and support business-critical systems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as necessary.
  • Ensure seamless operation of IT services across all UK sites.

Tech Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Windows Server environments.
  • Proficient in Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
  • Strong networking skills (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, etc.).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online.
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
