A new opportunity for an Client Support Administrator to join a IFA Practice in Edinburgh City Centre.Responsibilities:

  • Preparing illustrations and paperwork for clients
  • Processing and chasing of new business, both paper based and online
  • Process fund switches and rebalances
  • Sending out Letters of Authority to life companies and chase up accordingly
  • Prepare and format all suitability reports
  • Undertaking the research and completion of Pension Replacement Contracts
  • Issuing policy documentation
  • Obtaining valuations, paperwork and preparing death schedules for families and Solicitors
  • Maintain back office system and ensure client data is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain back office system task management system and daily workload
  • Helping with the training of Trainee member of the team
  • Ensuring client files are compliant with FCA and Company guidelines
  • Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails
  • Dealing with clients and providers over the telephone and email
  • Delivering research when requested

Requirements:

  • Experience within a Financial Adviser environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer is essential
  • Experience of Intelligent Office desirable but not essential
  • Experience of using Platforms and Provider websites
