- Process customer requests related to pensions, including valuations, contributions, and bereavements.
- Manage cases and handle customer queries professionally.
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting pension-related processes.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Strong experience in Financial Services or other regulated sectors, particularly in Complaints Handling, Case Management, or Customer Service.
- No prior Pensions experience necessary, but an interest or willingness to learn is ideal.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
- £160 P/D inside IR35 via Umbrella
