We are seeking motivated individuals to join our longstanding client in Edinburgh on an initial 4-month contract as Pensions Admin Support Associates. While previous experience in this specific role isn't required, we are looking for candidates with a strong background in Financial Services or other regulated sectors, particularly in Complaints Handling, Case Management, or Customer Service. Any experience in Pensions would be a bonus, but it’s not essential.As a Pensions Admin Support Associate, you will be responsible for supporting customers with their pension-related requests, including valuations, contributions, bereavements, and other ad-hoc tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a well-established organisation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer requests related to pensions, including valuations, contributions, and bereavements.
  • Manage cases and handle customer queries professionally.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting pension-related processes.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong experience in Financial Services or other regulated sectors, particularly in Complaints Handling, Case Management, or Customer Service.
  • No prior Pensions experience necessary, but an interest or willingness to learn is ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
