They specialise in offering tailored advice across a broad range of projects such as large-scale retail, residential, commercial, mixed use, student, and build-to-rent projects! They are now on the lookout for a dynamic Town Planner to join the team in their Edinburgh office!

The Role as a Town Planner

  • Provide expert planning advice for property development projects.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.

Essential Criteria for the Town Planner

  • MRTPI Chartered Town Planner (or working towards).
  • Previous demonstrable experience within a similar consultancy.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • A valid driver's license
